Your role: essential at every production stage
As a Senior Production Operator, you'll oversee critical production operations and ensure quality results.
Your tasks will include:
* Preparing and connecting equipment (filters, pumps, centrifuges, etc.)
* Performing production operations: filtering, centrifuging, suspending plasma fractions
* Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
* Handling equipment cleaning and sanitization (automated and manual)
* Completing GMP-compliant documentation
* Supporting teammates, training new colleagues, and contributing to improvements
Your profile
* A1/A2 level in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or equivalent through experience
* Previous experience in a similar function is a plus
* Solid knowledge of MS Office
* ️ Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the second language
* Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and a strong team player
* Willing to work in 2 shifts, including weekends
