Regional Sales Manager Robotics Italy & EMEA
To support our continued growth, market expansion, and customer service excellence, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Italy & EMEA to join our Robotics Sales & Marketing Team at our headquarters in Wavre, Belgium.
After acquiring a solid understanding of our existing and planned robotic products and applications, you will be responsible for the management of distributorship contracts with our dealers and distributors in Europe, including – non exhaustive list:
Sales Management of robotics distribution business:
You are responsible for the management of distributorship contracts with our distributors in Italy, European, Middle East and African Countries, including – non exhaustive list:
Sales objectives (sell-in and sell-through) by product categories and by distribution.
Marketing and sales-related activities, animation program to be carried out by the distributor.
Marketing, sales, and technical training of distributors’ staff towards excellence in selling commercial robotic mowers.

Marketing contribution for the robotics business:
You contribute to the marketing activities of the robotics business initiating and leading marketing initiatives to inform end-users of our applications, recent successes, experts’ opinion about our solutions, and related marketing material usable by our distributors /dealers.
Robotics Product Management:
You’ll be participating in YE review and management meetings to report on progress made, to suggest new business opportunities, to provide technical feedback and innovative ideas to the development team, to suggest functional and quality product enhancements, and in general, to improve our business practices.
You either have a European Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Marketing, Mechanics or an equivalent working experience.
You have a thorough experience in distribution of durable products or investment goods through one- and two-tier distribution structures, including prospection and referencing to major accounts and end-users, gained along at least 5 years of intensive experience in a Sales Executive, Supervision or Management role.
You have excellent operational capabilities in Sales & Marketing of consumer durable goods and commercial products and applications. You are fluent in English, French and Italian. Other languages are additional assets.
You are strong in devising the appropriate method to find effective solutions for sales issues. You will work from YE’s main offices, located in Wavre, 25 km south of Brussels, in a truly international environment. Multiples trainings to strengthen your skills
