We are actively looking for an AP Accountant for one of our clients active in the manufacturing of equipment and located in Walloon Brabant.

As AP Accountant, you will join a team composed of 4 collaborators and managed by an approachable and easy-going Team leader that communicates in a light, humorous way, which makes interactions smooth and relaxed. He is available, open-minded, and highly competent in his role.

* Process and record all types of invoices in the accounting system, including PO and payments
* Verify invoices for proper documentation, approvals and payment terms
* Monitor AP status, including overdue, missing or unpaid invoices
* Manage vendor relationships by handling inquiries
* Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
* Bachelors degree in Accounting
* At least 4 years of experience in AP Accounting
* You speak French and you have a professional level in English
* You respect ways of working while remaining flexible and collaborative
* Highly autonomous, you are able to take ownership of your tasks quickly from the start
* You are known for being someone very rigorous, detail-oriented and reliable in execution
