Main Responsibilities:
* Be an expert in digital solutions, providing bespoke advice to customers.
* Take ownership of complex IT integrations, delivering end-to-end results.
* Support commercial and operational colleagues with your IT knowledge, ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Analyze customer situations, translating them into tailored solutions in diverse contexts.
* Handle the configuration and implementation of digital solutions on-site or remotely at the customers.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Provide high-quality service to customers during the hypercare period after go-live.
* Manage a wide range of service-related questions and issues regarding our digital solutions from existing customers.
* Represent our organization's IT department during business performance reviews, ensuring delivered quality meets expectations.
* Lead internal IT projects, contributing to best practices within the department.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
A degree in applied informatics or computer science, or equivalent through experience.
A minimum of 4 years of experience.
Knowledge of web services and EDIFACT messages.
Development skills are highly desirable.
Affinity or experience with major eCommerce platforms.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented approach.
Flexibility, quality focus, and customer-centric mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Taking ownership and initiative.
Customer-friendly, customer-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.
Stress resilience and hands-on approach.
Fluency in three languages (Dutch, French, and English), both written and spoken; or willingness to become so.
