Educational support infrastructures are overwhelmed by mounting complexity, even as demands from schools, learners, and families escalate. Institutions now require real-time, AI-powered responses spanning learning platforms, student information systems, hardware, and operational processes. Yet most providers remain trapped in disjointed tools, manual handoffs, and fragile workflows that collapse under real-world pressure. We address this challenge through a radically different approach: AI-enhanced "cyborg" agents positioned at the core of a living educational environment. In this position, you will define how the system evolves. Each resolution you achieve refines future automation, every root cause investigation shapes process and governance, and every anomaly you decode enhances outcomes for thousands of learners and teaching professionals. This is direct, production-level troubleshooting within a service context. You will diagnose ambiguous, multi-party failures spanning educational applications, SIS infrastructure, authentication systems, network environments, and operational pipelines; use AI to generate hypotheses, validate approaches, and expedite resolution; record the human insight that trains both technology and colleagues; and surface recurring patterns that convert isolated fixes into lasting, organization-wide gains. This is not first-line triage, procedure execution, or "forward and forget." If you excel when documentation is scarce, when issues bridge technology, operations, and pedagogy, and when you can transition from technical analysis to stakeholder coordination without compromising precision, this role will align with your strengths. What You Will Be Doing Investigate escalated tickets that AI systems route upward, contribute human judgment where automation falls short, then refine the AI framework to close the capability gap. What You Won’t Be Doing Spending two full months onboarding; you are expected to achieve operational competence acro...
