As we continue to grow, we're looking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the North part of Belgium.
Your Mission
* Promote and drive the adoption of Orion's pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region.
* Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
* Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
* Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia.
* Continuously monitor competitor activity and market developments.
Your Profile
* A completed degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or a pharmaceutical background.
* At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory
* Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills
