Your Mission
As our Support & Customer Service Specialist, you will:
* Provide technical support to distributors, dentists, and dental technicians across Europe
* Troubleshoot implant navigation & full-arch photogrammetry systems
* Bridge communication between customers, internal teams, and distributors
* Deliver remote installations & help optimize digital workflows
* Manage inquiries, complaints, and warranty requests efficiently
What We’re Looking For
* Experience – 3+ years in technical support, training, or customer service
* Dental Industry Experience – Familiarity with dental implant/planning/guided surgery workflows. Experience with Exocad is a plus.
* Problem-Solver – Proactive and customer-focused
* Tech Skills – Windows OS, Google Workspace, troubleshooting
* CRM – Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
* Languages – English (fluent) + French required.
* Travel Ready – Valid passport, driver's license & ability to travel across Europe
* Remote Setup – Home office required
