This is a *Belgium* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Consulting company working on * Planning budgets, resources, and timelines.
About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale digital government programme focused on electronic invoicing and the digitalisation of public sector processes.
You will join the Einvoicing team, helping drive adoption of digital invoicing solutions and supporting organisational change, stakeholder collaboration, and service delivery within a complex public-sector environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage ICT and e-government projects from initiation to delivery
Plan budgets, resources, and timelines
Coordinate stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
Support organisational change and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure effective project governance using Agile methodologies
Contribute to communication and promotion of digital government initiatives
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent experience (IT, digital, or business-related)
Minimum 10 years' IT experience, including at least 5 years in project/change/service management roles
Strong project management expertise (Prince2 preferred)
Knowledge of ITIL/service delivery management
Understanding of ICT systems and application development
Experience working in complex stakeholder or public-sector environments is a plus
Agile/Scrum experience desirable (Scrum Master/Product Owner is a plus)
Togaf or ArchiMate knowledge is an advantage

Ideally Dutch/French bilingual
Strong French required if not bilingual
