Major Duties
Explore, develop & execute new business opportunities and formulate collaboration models with business partners to create new value added services and meet customer demand
Lead cross-sectors collaborations and partnership models with professional & financial institutions, technology providers, and commercial customers to drive innovative business solutions.
Develop & support the implementation of innovative solutions to support customers in decarbonization pathways & meet ESG target.
Leverage on AI & data analytical tool to develop insights for achieving business objectives including energy efficiency, cost saving and profitability
Develop & facilitate the implementation of new SOC initiatives relating to Retro-commissioning (RCx), Demand Response (ADR/BDR) or voltage dip
Evaluate and deploy new and innovative technologies and identify sales process improvement initiatives to enrich our customer experience
Develop good communication networks to sustain long term "win-win" relationship with customers
Requirements
A recognized university degree in Business Administration / Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market insights.
Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, decarbonization strategies, and green finance mechanisms.
Certification in the CESGA ESG, CEP, is preferred but not a must
Excellent business development and negotiation capabilities, with a collaborative mindset and strengths in project management, critical thinking and problem-solving
