About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, agile, and innovative SAP Architect to join our dynamic team. You will be working in a team that designs, implements, and maintains SAP solutions to meet business requirements and align with our strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.
What You’ll Do:
* Design and architect SAP solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
* Conduct and lead RFP processes when necessary.
* Ensure the quality of the implementation and integration of SAP modules and systems.
* Collaborate with business leaders to translate their needs into technical solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP project team.
* Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of SAP solutions.
* Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
* Develop and maintain documentation for SAP solutions, processes, and architecture standards.
* Resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
* Create and implement coding/configuration standards.
* Maintain the golden SAP template and process documentation.
* Validate the authorization model and act as the license gatekeeper.
* Support yearly audits.
* Perform all tasks in accordance with ISO and JSOX quality requirements, considering Nipro values.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience as a SAP Solution Architect or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BTP).
* Strong understanding of business processes and how SAP solutions can support them.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* SAP certification(s) preferred.
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive and out-of-the-box mindset.
* Flexibility and mobility to optimize contact with different business units and entities.
* Languages: English is a must; any other language is a plus.
