Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our in-house team of AI specialists, designing and implementing models that deliver robust, data-driven solutions for our clients.
Passionate about data, you enjoy diving deep to uncover actionable insights and develop machine learning models that enhance client operations. You’ll experiment with different approaches, while collaborating with Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Data Strategists to drive the delivery of tailored, high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and stay on top of industry developments through a range of initiatives we support internally.

What we’re looking for You bring the following qualities & experiences to the role:
A deep passion for Machine Learning and a
Master’s or PhD
in a quantitative discipline.
Strong foundation in
software design principles .
A minimum of
2 years of experience in machine learning and big data .
Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with both a theoretical and practical grasp.
Proficiency in
Python & SQL
is a must; knowledge of R is an advantage.
Experience with
deploying machine learning models
and familiarity with
MLOps
practices.
At least a first experience with
AWS, Azure or GCP
and a solid understanding of
cloud engineering
and its use in Machine Learning.
Experience with ML
versioning
tooling.
Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Strong
communication skills
and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
Fluency in
English and Dutch
