They are running a back-office migration project focused on moving core administrative and operational processes to a new platform.
The programme involves changes to processes, system integrations, data flows, and reporting structures.
They are therefore looking for a Business Analyst who can work between business and IT, gather and validate requirements, support analysis, and ensure a smooth migration across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:Analyse current back-office processes, applications, and system integrationsGather, document, and validate business and IT requirementsPerform impact analysis on processes, systems, and data flowsTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional specificationsSupport data migration, interface alignment, and reporting updatesWork with architects, developers, testers, and vendors
Requirements:5+ Years as a Business AnalystSome experience as a Functional Analyst.English speaking, Dutch appreciated
