Mission
The Product Manager is responsible for the commercial management and optimization of the B&C product portfolio and the distributed brand portfolio within Falk&Ross, ensuring strong market positioning across European promotional textile markets.
The role focuses on portfolio performance, pricing strategy, distribution optimization, and product promotion across multiple sales channels.
The Product Manager does not lead the creative development of new collections, but ensures that the product assortment is commercially optimized, competitively positioned, and aligned with market demand.

Management of third-party promotional textile brands distributed by Falk&Ross, ensuring:
Complementarity with B&C
Portfolio balance
Competitive positioning
Channel relevance
All with the objective to drive Revenue growth and gross margin.
Key Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Management (Product)
Manage and optimize the complete B&C product portfolio.
Manage the portfolio of distributed brands within the Falk&Ross assortment.
Monitor product lifecycle performance (sales, margin, stock rotation).
Identify portfolio gaps, overlaps, and rationalization opportunities.
Ensure strategic complementarity between B&C and distributed brands.
Support introduction of new SKUs or product extensions based on market needs (without design ownership).
Maintain product data quality across ERP, PIM, catalogues, and digital channels.
Ensure compliance with European textile regulations and sustainability requirements.
Pricing Strategy (Price)
Define and maintain coherent pricing architecture across European markets.
Conduct competitive benchmarking across promotional textile brands.
Ensure margin optimization and price competitiveness.
Support development of channel-specific pricing strategies.
Provide pricing guidance for key accounts, distributors, and marketplaces.
Contribute to pricing decisions related to product lifecycle and inventory management.
Distribution & Channel Strategy (Place)
Optimize product availability across multiple European sales channels, including:
Promotional product distributors
Resellers
E-commerce platforms
Marketplaces
Key accounts
Define channel-specific assortment strategies.
Ensure the right balance between B&C and distributed brands within each channel.
Support sales teams with portfolio recommendations adapted to regional markets.
Monitor distribution performance and identify growth opportunities.
Product Promotion & Market Positioning (Promotion)
Define the product value proposition and commercial positioning.
Support marketing teams with product storytelling and sales arguments.
Contribute to catalog planning, digital product content, and product launches.
Ensure strong product visibility across promotional product platforms and digital channels.
Provide product training and tools for sales teams.
Market & Business Analysis
Analyze European promotional wear market trends.
Monitor competitor product assortments and pricing strategies.
Track sales performance by brand, product category, country, and channel.
Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and growth.
Support forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with supply chain.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Profile
Experience
5+ years in product management or category management
Experience in B2B distribution or wholesale environments
Experience in textile, promotional products, or apparel industries
Exposure to European multi-market business environments
Skills
Strong portfolio management and analytical capabilities
Pricing and margin optimization expertise
Ability to balance own brand and distributed brand strategy
Strong stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams
Strategic and data-driven decision-making
Languages
Fluent English required
Additional European languages are a plus
