Analyse competitor data and market conditions impacting transactions. /liliFinancial Analysis and valuation: Build financial models to evaluate performance and prospects of acquisition targets. Apply valuation methods such as DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions. /liliDocument preparation: Contribute to pitch books, Information Memorandums, and client presentations. Assist in drafting and reviewing key transaction documents (LOIs, term sheets, purchase agreements). /liliProject management: Support due diligence by preparing datarooms. Coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and ensure smooth stakeholder alignment. Maintain documentation and update internal databases with deal details. /liliCommunication and collaboration: Liaise with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders for data gathering and information flow. Work closely with colleagues across practices to ensure integrated solutions. /liliMA activity monitoring: Prepare regular reports on ongoing MA activity and closed deals.
