YOUR ROLE
As a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant you deliver impactful solutions.
* Preparation & Discovery – Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand business requirements.
* Advisory – Design solution possibilities within SuccessFactors and lead workshops/demos.
* Realization & Configuration – Translate needs into HR processes, configure Compensation module, support testing.
* Training & Enablement – Train clients, develop materials, ensure confident usage.
* Deployment & Relationship Building – Lead go‑live, foster long‑term relationships and support post‑deployment.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with end-to-end project experience in SuccessFactors Compensation.
* Certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
* Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
* Collaborative mindset, customer‑oriented attitude, rigorous service delivery.
* Native speaker in French or Dutch, professional proficiency in English.
