As a Freelance Inventory Planner your responsibilities are:
* Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple European warehouses.
* Monitor stock levels, overstock, shortages and expiry risks, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
* Act as the main point of cobntact for 3PL partners, coordinating inbound and outbound flows.
* Collaborate closely with demand planning teams to align forecasts and anticipate supply risks.
* Support the opening of new warehouses (Spain, Italy) and ensure alignment with internal processes.
* Ensure inventory accuracy, including stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
* Follow up daily operations to guarantee product availability and service levels.
* Contribute to process improvements and standardization across EMEA supply chain operations.
A successful Freelance Inventory Planner should have:
* Proven experience as Inventory Planner, Supply Planner or similar role.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex inventory flows.
* Experience working with 3PL logistics providers and warehouse operations.
* Ability to quickly adapt and build relationships with stakeholders in an international environment.
* Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, templates, reporting).
* Fluent in English, Italian or Spanish are a plus
