Het team People Services levert een kwaliteitsvolle HR ondersteuning aan alle medewerkers van de Volvo Group in België. Samen met een complementair team verzorgt People Services de loon- en personeelsadministratie voor een 4000-tal arbeiders en bedienden en zij zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de collega's binnen de Volvo Group.
Wat houdt je rol in?
* Je ondersteunt ook de dagelijkse en operationele uitvoering van het programma, samen met een collega.
* Je ontwikkelt je tot dé expert in cafetariaplannen binnen Volvo Group en beantwoordt vlot alle vragen, intern én extern.
* Je bent de sparringpartner van de Compensation & Benefits specialist en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties.
* Je pakt uitdagingen zelfstandig aan en schakelt op het juiste moment extra hulp in.
* Je werkt nauw samen met externe partners en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking via regelmatige overlegmomenten.
* Je beheert gegevens accuraat en gestructureerd en zorgt voor duidelijke, betrouwbare rapportering.
* Je speelt een centrale rol in dataverwerking rond het flexibel verlonen programma.
Zijn wij een match?
* Je hebt minstens een bachelor op zak, een eerste ervaring binnen HR operations is een plus.
* Je bent een sterke communicator en weet hoe je met diverse stakeholders moet schakelen.
* Je hebt een interesse in HR, payroll én data.
* Je werkt graag zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
* Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen — je navigeert er moeiteloos doorheen en bent niet bang om met cijfers te werken.
* Interesse in data-analyse of ervaring met tools als Power BI of andere dashboards? Dat zien we als een grote troef
