Ben jij een georganiseerde en proactieve administratieve duizendpoot die graag een sleutelrol speelt binnen een dynamische leeromgeving? Voor ons Training Center zoeken we een enthousiaste All-round Administratieve Jobstudent die ons ondersteunt bij het soepel laten verlopen van onze opleidingen en bijdraagt aan het continu verbeteren van onze processen.
Wat ga je doen?
1. Administratieve verwerking: je ondersteunt bij de administratie die nodig is voor de organisatie en facilitering van onze opleidingen.
2. Planning en organisatie: je helpt bij het plannen en organiseren van opleidingssessies binnen ons Training Center.
3. Crossfunctionele samenwerking: je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen en legt contacten met externe partijen om alles in goede banen te leiden.
4. Gastvrouw/gastheer: je verwelkomt de deelnemers en zorgt voor een vriendelijke, professionele sfeer.
5. Procesverbetering: je denkt mee over manieren om onze administratieve processen efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker te maken.
6. Documentatie: je houdt nauwkeurig bij welke opleidingen worden gegeven en zorgt voor een up-to-date overzicht.
7. Opleidingscatalogus en website: je ondersteunt bij de opmaak van onze opleidingscatalogus en zorgt dat onze website up-to-date blijft.
Wie ben jij?
Je bent klantgericht, administratief sterk, en weet als geen ander hoe je overzicht moet houden en details bewaakt. Je voelt je prettig in een rol waar gastvrijheid en nauwkeurigheid samenkomen en je bent niet bang om suggesties te doen voor verbeteringen.
