About the Role
As a Quality Control Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the highest quality standards within our logistical processes. You will be responsible for performing quality checks and audits, ensuring our processes within the Quality Management System (QMS) run flawlessly under general supervision. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation within quality assurance.
Your Responsibilities
In this multifaceted role, you contribute to international quality activities. Your responsibilities include:
* Quality Oversight: Preparing and submitting quality deliverables and verifying daily activities to ensure strict compliance with established procedures.
* Inspection & Logistics: Overseeing the shipment of complaint devices, performing installation quality reviews, and reviewing incoming and outgoing inspection documentation.
* Incident Management: Reviewing and approving reports regarding non-conforming warehouse materials and supporting the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process through root cause analyses.
* Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and collaborative working relationships.
* Data Analysis: Monitoring customer satisfaction signals and conducting data trending analysis to proactively propose improvements.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a junior to medior professional who identifies with the following profile:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Science. Alternatively, a Vocational Education (MBO level 4) in a technical field is acceptable.
* Experience:
* With a Bachelor’s: No prior experience is required (Junior level).
* With Vocational Education: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices, QA/QC, or compliance coordination.
* Expertise: Experience with risk management and root cause analysis is a strong asset.
* Mindset: You are proactive, analytical, and thrive in an environment where precision and compliance are central.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week at our office in Zaventem.
