We are looking for a Social Media Content Manager to lead content planning, content strategy, and creativeexecution for our Brazil market social media platforms.
This role is responsible for developing localized, engaging,and high-performing social media contentaligned with brand identity, audience behavior, and business goals.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in content strategy, creative storytelling, trend adaptation, and social media operations, especially in fast-moving digital industries.
Professional English communication is required due to collaboration with the global team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
* Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with branding andmarketing objectives.
* Create monthly and weekly content calendars for all social platforms.
* Ensure content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and localized Brazil market preferences.
* Identify trending topics, viral opportunities, and platform-specific content strategies.
Content Creation &Execution
* Lead content production including:
* Social posts
* Campaign content
* Short-form videos
* Promotional creatives
* Interactive content
* Community engagement content
* Collaborate withDesign, Video, CRM, and Branding teams to produce high-quality content assets.
* Support copywriting, content adaptation, and creative ideation.
* Optimize content performance based on engagement and platform analytics.
Performance & Optimization
* Monitor socialmediaperformance metrics including engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion trends.
* Analyze audience behavior and continuously improve content strategies.
* Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.
* Ensure content follows platform policies and local compliance requirements.
Must Have
* 4+ years ofexperience in Social Media Content, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related functions.
* Strong experience in:
