AtTV VLAANDERENandTÉLÉSAT, part of the Canal+ Benelux and Central Europe / Canal+ Group, we bring television and content to our customers via streaming and satellite on smartphones, tablets, laptops, or (smart) TVs. Our mission? To help people discover exceptional content through traditional channels, sports, and on-demand films and series anytime, anywhere.

We are continuously innovating in TV solutions and building for the future. Our sales are driven through direct online channels and indirect business channels such as retail shops and partner resellers.

Who are we looking for?

Are you a versatile professional with a passion for commercial operations management and B2B relations? Do you have a strong connection with the local market and know how to manage dealers and B2B technical partners effectively? Do you combine this with a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for digital tools (CRM)? Then you might be the colleague were looking for!

As part of our Business Channel team, youll have the opportunity to shape this role and take ownership of your responsibilities. Youll report to theHead of Product & Business Channels.

Your responsibilities

Retail network management:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end management of our dealers and act as the first point of contact including updates of systems and tools.

2. Ensure smooth daily operations and proactively resolve issues.

3. Maintain strong communication and act as a remote POC for service centers and external partners.

4. Make decisions in accordance with company policy and inter department alignment.

B2B & Installers:

5. Serve as the main contact for B2B clients and installers.

6. Collaborate closely with local installers and follow up on quotations.

7. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the B2B process.

8. Handle the administrative processing of contracts.

9. Make commercial decisions based on pricing strategy and local market needs (in alignment with management).

What you bring

Experience & knowledge:

10. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sales commercial or operational role.

11. Experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus.

12. Knowledge of Telco and/or tv content market is a plus.

13. Experience with account or project management is a strong asset.

Languages & skills:

14. Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English (spoken and written).

15. Assertive, proactive, and comfortable in communications.

16. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

17. Strong stakeholder communicator.

18. Proficient with digital tools and PC applications.

19. Able to switch easily between back-office and commercial management.

20. Independent, stress-resistant, and able to set priorities.

21. Hands-on, flexible, and eager to take initiative.
