Role Overview
The main mission of the team of Law & Digitization is to drive the digital HR transformation towards a more efficient & employee-oriented HR organization within our DENV HQ organization.
To realize this mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Transformation Officer SAP-HCM.
Responsibilities
Main projects & challenges:
* Diving into HR Digital Transformation and get a comprehensive understanding of our current landscape based on:
o SAP SuccessFactors with modules like employee central, recruiting, onboarding, learning, time tracking, and performance & goals.
o SAP HCM for payroll processes.
o Kronos and SAP Employee Self-Service (ESS) for time & attendance.
* Set-up and coordination of the implementation of improvement requests including (but not limited to) the roll out of the Service center model and future proof payroll process.
* Guarantee an optimal data Quality in our systems, including development and implementation of related escalation models / governance structure and define roles & responsibilities.
* Drive & coordinate HR Administrative Process improvements from a content- and IT point of view (incl. tools like RPA/PowerApps/FormStacks/other tools).
* Work on HR knowledge data bank and workflows.
* Have an active contribution in several IT HR Digital projects.
Main Recurrent Responsibilities
* Knowledge-owner for SAP HCM/ESS, SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos.
* Process-Key user for guaranteeing data quality.
* Sparring partner for IT in view of local HR digital projects.
* Technical knowledge-owner / back up for different HR digital tools.
* Coordinate the CR’s with focus on process improvements to avoid in future.
* Be a change agent in the company in our journey towards digitization.
* Ad hoc issues regarding digitization within our DENV organisation.
Your Profile
* You have a master's degree in HR or in an IT related field with an interest in HR Processes.
* You have a (first) HR experience with focus on payroll (preferably SAP-HCM).
* You have an excellent knowledge of Excel.
* You have the necessary self-discipline to set and follow up a planning, you are structured and process-driven.
* You have good communication skills.
* You are a team player and try to establish and maintain a good relationship with both your HR and IT colleagues.
* You have an analytical & innovative spirit and are interested in our company’s need to grow & accelerate, considering the human factor of change as well.
* You are pragmatic and have a strong interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies in the HR Field.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English.
