What you’ll be driving
Designing and deploying ML models & Generative AI applications on Azure
Building end-to-end MLOps pipelines (training → deployment → monitoring → CI/CD)
Ensuring scalability, reliability & performance of AI solutions in production
Championing Responsible AI (fairness, explainability, privacy)
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver real business value
Mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities
Who you are
5+ years as a Senior AI/ML Engineer with end-to-end ownership
Strong in Python + ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with LLMs & open-source models (Hugging Face, GPTs, LLaMA, etc.)
Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure ML, Data Lake, DevOps, AKS, AI Foundry)
Skilled in MLOps, CI/CD, Docker & Infrastructure as Code
A strong communicator who can lead, mentor, and influence
