About the role:
As a Retail Media Campaign Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for activating retail media campaigns and ensuring seamless alignment with offsite channels, CRM, and other relevant colleagues. You work in an enthusiastic team of marketers where you act as the central link for exchanging information.
About your tasks:
* You serve as the central point of contact for campaign activations.
* You brief internal teams based on clear objectives.
* You ensure correct implementation in terms of timing and tracking.
* You work cross-functionally to guarantee smooth campaign execution — from briefing to evaluation.
Qualifications
About you:
* You have at least 1–2 years of experience in a marketing environment, ideally with digital campaigns.
* You are a true doer: proactive, hands-on, and highly collaborative.
* Excel doesn’t intimidate you — you enjoy working with data and think strategically.
* You are strong in planning and organization — detail-oriented while maintaining a helicopter view.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English — French is a nice plus.
