Your Responsibilities
You will be
drafting ,
reviewing, and
negotiating
key transaction documents such as loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
You will be
advising
clients on a wide range of domestic and cross‑border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending.
Provide
regulatory
advice
related to financial services, banking laws, and capital markets regulations in Luxembourg and other relevant jurisdictions will be part of your responsibilities.
You will
assist
with the structuring of complex financing deals in collaboration with tax, corporate, and fund specialists.
It will be asking you to
coordinate
and liaise with clients, opposing lawyers, banks, financial institutions, and public authorities.
You will
contribute
to client development initiatives and support partners in business development and thought leadership efforts.
It will be essential
to stay up to date
with legal and market developments in the banking and finance sector.
Profile and Career Path
To gain a solid understanding of your new environment, you have
at least 2 years
of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer
within a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in a law firm in Luxembourg is a prerequisite for our client.
Fluency in both
French
and
English
is essential to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties. Any additional language is considered an asset.
Strong
organizational skills
and a proactive mindset are key to performing well in this role, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines.
