As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s marketing efforts from their Brussels headquarters.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s marketing strategy across all channels (retail, digital, social, PR, activations). Your mission is to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support commercial performance – all while maintaining the authenticity of the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a 360° marketing strategy across online and offline channels
* Lead seasonal campaign planning and execution (incl. storytelling, visuals, media planning)
* Manage digital marketing initiatives: social media, newsletters, performance marketing, and website content
* Coordinate in-store marketing efforts (POS, visual identity, promotions) in collaboration with the retail team
* Oversee external agency relationships (PR, digital, creative) and monitor ROI
* Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to guide strategic decisions
* Stay on top of fashion and retail trends to keep the brand culturally relevant
* Work closely with the product, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment
Your Profile
* 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail
* Strategic mindset combined with strong project management skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus)
* Strong digital literacy and understanding of omnichannel marketing
* Creative thinker, but also data-driven and performance-oriented
* Passion for fashion, branding, and consumer engagement
* Comfortable working in a growing and entrepreneurial environment
