We’re looking for one exceptional person to take ownership of our entire growth engine; acquisition, activation, retention, B2B and B2C funnels.

You will own and scale our full growth stack; across candidates, employers, and partnerships.
You will:
* Build, execute and scale acquisition strategies (SEO, content, social, outreach, partnerships, automations)
* Design & run experiments across our product funnels (activation, engagement, retention)
* Develop B2B growth loops to onboard SMEs, universities, and hiring teams
* Manage end-to-end growth ops: scrapping, enrichment, cold sequences, CRM automations, analytics
* Build dashboards, measure impact, improve performance; always with a strong bias for action
* Collaborate daily with senior experts: product, data, AI, UX, marketing, engineering
* Test new ideas weekly; message, channel, targeting, landing pages, video formats, AI workflows
