The Role:
As a Sales Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will gain valuable experience by supporting our Sales Intelligence team in Belgium. You’ll play a key role in analyzing sales data and contributing to the development of tools and strategies that drive our business forward. This internship is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis:Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to support decision-making processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
2. Reporting: Help create and manage sales reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy and relevance of data to aid in strategic planning and performance assessment.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Category Managers, and the global analytics center in Bangalore, India.Ad hoc support for the Dutch team may also be required, without the necessity of being physically present.
4. Tool Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and systems for tracking and reporting sales performance.
5. Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Support the Sales Intelligence team in translating these insights into actionable strategies.
6. Project Support:Assist in the implementation of digitalization and transformation initiatives aimed at improving sales processes and data management.
Requirements:
7. Academic Requirement: The internship must be a mandatory component of your academic program, and you will receive academic credits for it.
8. University Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled in a university or educational institution throughout the internship.
9. Duration:We are looking for someone to join our team for 6 months, provided it aligns with your academic requirements and Belgian legislation.
10. Insurance: You must have liability insurance, either provided by your educational institution or personally arranged, as ABI does not offer insurance coverage for interns.
11. Language Skills:Proficiency in English and French/ Dutch is required.
12. Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense), and experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
13. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
