What will you do?
* Support the introduction of new products on the production floor
* Create workflows, workstation analyses, and production files
* Optimize production processes and tools
* Perform pre- and post-calculations of products
* Work closely with R&D, production in Romania, customers, and suppliers
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (basic knowledge of electronics required)
* Experience in a production environment (electronics/mechatronics is a plus)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Communicative, hands-on mindset, and willing to travel abroad
* Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Dutch, and English
