Location: At the client's site (remote work can be discussed with the client)Employment type: Full-timeExperience level: Mid-level (2–5 years) About the Role As a Support Engineer, you are the link between end users and the technical infrastructure of our clients. You ensure that IT environments remain stable, secure, and user-friendly. Whether it's incident management, user administration, or implementing improvements — you know exactly how to resolve issues efficiently. In your consultancy role, you'll work on-site at one of our clients, often for an extended period. This allows you to contribute to their IT environment and get to know the organization well, while still enjoying the variety and growth opportunities that consultancy offers — new clients, new environments, new challenges. Your Responsibilities Resolve incidents and service requests within the client's IT environment (1st and 2nd line) Maintain and manage workstations, user accounts, printers, networks, and servers Work with tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, and Active Directory Identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for structural improvements Collaborate with system and network administrators on more complex issues Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team Who You Are You are an experienced IT support professional who takes responsibility, acts quickly, and communicates effectively. You have: At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role (1st or 2nd line) A degree in an IT-related field Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory Experience with Intune, Exchange Online, or basic network administration Experience with ticketing systems (e.G. Topdesk, Jira, ServiceNow) Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, MD-102, or AZ-104 are a plus Good command of Dutch and English (French is an advantage) A category B driver's license Location As a consultant, you'll be assigned to projects at clients across Flanders. We do take your region into
