As a
Customer Service Officer
, you will play a key role in achieving our sustainability and innovation objectives.
Your mission
You play a central role in customer relationships and service quality. On a daily basis, you will:
* Manage sometimes complex customer requests and provide fast, effective solutions
* Analyze situations, identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions
* Ensure efficient coordination between customers and internal teams (logistics, sales, operations)
* Collect and analyze data to deliver reliable and meaningful reports
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer information in internal systems
* Act as a true customer service reference, in line with procedures and service standards
What you bring
You combine a strong service mindset with solid organizational skills:
* Background in logistics, business or equivalent experience
* Experience in customer service, operational support or a complex operational environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks and work autonomously
* Strong digital skills (CRM, ERP, office tools, reporting)
* Fluency in Dutch and French
