At Univercells Technologies, a Donaldson Life Sciences business, we deliver next-generation bioprocess technologies by leveraging process intensification and chaining. We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in equipment portfolio management in the Biopharma industry, ideally with expertise in cell and gene therapies or viral vaccine bioprocessing.

Role Responsibilities
6. Manage and define the life cycle strategy for multiple biomanufacturing technology product lines, aligning with organizational priorities.
7. Drive portfolio evolution with a focus on digitization, software, and after-sales services, ensuring continued market relevance.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define annual product priorities, implement roadmaps, and refine product positioning.
9. Conduct market research, competitor studies, and build business cases to guide portfolio and pricing strategies.
10. Represent Univercells Technologies as a Life Sciences market expert, sharing insights through presentations, webinars, and publications.
11. Support ongoing product maintenance and digitalization initiatives, including software, automation, and sensor integration roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
12. Master’s or Engineering degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Bioprocessing or equivalent through experience .
13. 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
14. 6+ years of experience in the pharma or biopharma manufacturing industry.
15. Strong understanding of portfolio management concepts, life cycle strategy, new product definition, and rationalization.
16. Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
17. Knowledge of biological processes, biopharmaceutical technologies, and GMP for biological products, particularly viral vaccines, cell and gene therapies, or other advanced therapies.
18. Experience with equipment and/or software development in the Biopharma industry.
