Job description You’ll be involved in assisting with test runs and batch production, handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate data logging. Your responsibilities : - Support researchers during test trials in the pilot facility - Weighing, mixing, and preparing raw materials (some packed in 25 kg buckets – tilting equipment is available) - Operate production equipment such as mixing or batching systems - Follow recipes and test procedures with high accuracy - Log data precisely in the system (English language interface) - Help maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Profiel Your profile: - Educational background in chemistry and/or technical fields (recent graduates welcome) - Comfortable with hands-on work in a lab/production hybrid environment - Accurate, reliable, and proactive attitude - Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required - Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems - Ideally: chemical insight combined with a practical mindset - Physical fitness to handle larger containers (ergonomic tools provided) We’re looking for someone who may not aim to become a researcher, but who understands the context and procedures, and thrives in supporting technical research work.
