Required
* Finance training or formal education
* Experience in FP&A, financial controlling, auditing, or similar roles
* (Strong experience in auditing-style analysis particularly valued)
* Ability to challenge numbers, question assumptions, and identify discrepancies
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent communication skills; comfortable chasing stakeholders
* Ability to learn complex scientific and technical environments
* Not suitable for AP‑only backgrounds
Experience Level
* 1 role: ideal for 2–3 years’ experience
* 1 role: ideal for 4–5 years’ experience
Nice to Have
* Interest in science / biotech environment
* Experience analysing budgets in project‑based organisations
