We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) with strong expertise in iGaming operations across Latin America to lead and scale operational performance across multiple markets.
This is a strategic leadership role for an executive who understands the complexities of operating within regulated and emerging gaming markets, has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, and can drive sustainable growth through operational excellence, market expansion, and performance optimisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all operational functions across LATAM markets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and performance.
* Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
* Drive revenue growth through optimisation of customer acquisition, retention, CRM, VIP, payments, and customer support operations.
* Manage market expansion initiatives across regulated and emerging LATAM jurisdictions.
* Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define and implement strategic priorities.
* Monitor operational KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and performance enhancement.
* Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks and responsible gaming requirements.
* Oversee budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing international teams.
* Foster strong collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, Finance, Payments, Risk, and Customer Operations teams.
* Establish operational best practices and scalable processes to support business growth.
* Manage relationships with key external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders across the LATAM region.
* Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to the executive team and shareholders.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, Country Manager, or senior operational leader within the iGaming industry.
* Strong operational leadership experience across LATAM markets.
* Deep understanding of the online casino and sportsbook ecosystem.
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-country operations and geographically distributed teams.
* Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
* Experience working within regulated gaming environments.
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, CRM, payments, risk, compliance, and player operations.
* Experience leading large cross-functional teams in fast-paced, international environments.
* Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational execution.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Fluent English required; Spanish is essential. Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
* Willingness to relocate to Sofia or already based in Bulgaria.
