*Tasks?*
As a Business Controller, you oversee, manage and coordinate the controlling aspects of all business lines which are produced in MCAM NV in Tielt (General and Advanced Engineering Shapes, Machined and Injection Molded Parts). Aim is to optimize the use of financial data and resources to support achieving the MCG ES&S growth and profitability objectives. You are a key member of the business teams, providing financial support for business initiatives, investments (capital expenditure requests) and projects. All of this in close cooperation with different stakeholders as finance, sales, supply chain, local, business line and corporate management.
* Oversee, manage, and coordinate controlling aspects across all business lines at MCAM NV in Tielt, including General and Advanced Engineering Shapes, Machined and Injection Molded Parts.
* Optimize the use of financial data and resources to support MCG ES&S growth and profitability objectives.
* Act as a key member of business teams, providing financial support for initiatives, investments, and projects.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as finance, sales, supply chain, local, business line, and corporate management.
* Actively participate in business team meetings, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial information, analysis, and KPIs are provided.
* Serve as a sparring partner for Business Line Managers regarding financial analysis and challenges.
* Prepare budget planning for different business lines in cooperation with finance teams, business line managers, and management.
* Perform objective, correct, and timely analysis of EMEA consolidated actuals, budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans.
* Introduce, maintain, and further develop systems and tools for efficient business operations.
* Test functions and reports, improving data quality of supplying processes.
* Support local Finance team in accounting and reporting to meet Group's standards.
* Lead margin management initiatives by identifying and realizing profit improvement opportunities.
* Review and validate quarterly updated transfer prices, supporting new initiatives regarding transfer pricing.
*Profile*?
* Master's degree in Economics or Finance.
* 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in controlling & budgeting with increasing responsibility.
* Sound theoretical and applied knowledge of business controlling, COGS methodology, and IFRS accounting principles.
* Leadership skills with ability to motivate and lead teams to improve business results within tight timeframes.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English and Dutch.
* Ability to work in a fast-changing, multicultural environment and matrix organization.
* Experience with ERP systems and general ICT and Digitalization knowledge.
* Open to occasional business travel.
