We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Provisioning Engineer to prepare, configure, and manage Windows workstations within a structured Digital Workplace environment. The role focuses on device readiness, configuration, and lifecycle support for end users.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and stage Windows workstations for new users and device replacements
Configure devices according to standard images and policies
Manage device enrollment and configuration using modern endpoint management tools
Handle device swaps and specific hardware requests linked to projects or operational needs
Maintain accurate tracking of devices and stock levels
Support basic asset lifecycle activities, including inventory and reporting
Ensure devices are delivered in line with defined quality and configuration standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a workstation staging or endpoint support role
Strong expertise with Windows 10 and Windows 11
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and configuration
Experience with Windows Autopilot
Good knowledge of mobile device management concepts
Experience with asset management and inventory tracking
Ability to work independently in a structured IT environment
