Channel Value Advanced Compute Solutions Specialist – Belgium & Luxembourg

Description -

The Channel Value ACS Specialist is responsible for developing, accelerating, and managing the business performance of HP's Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS) within the Belgian channel ecosystem.
The role focuses on driving sustainable growth with key channel partners, ensuring strong funnel creation, strengthening workstation expertise in the market, and enabling partners to successfully sell HP's ACS portfolio (Workstations, High‑Performance Compute, AI‑optimized devices, and related services).

This role directly contributes to HP's ACS strategy in Belgium & Luxembourg, working closely with Country Management, Category, Marketing, and PBM teams.
You will be the national ACS evangelist for partners — shaping demand, building capabilities, and driving sell‑out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Channel Business Development

* Build and execute the ACS channel development strategy for Belgium.

* Identify growth opportunities per partner (top 15 partner approach, value‑specialist partners, emerging partners).

* Drive funnel creation with partners using BI dashboards, opportunity reports, and ACS battlecards.

* Align with PBMs to jointly manage business plans, forecast accuracy, and linearity.

2. Partner Enablement & Expertise Building

* Train and uplift partner technical & sales readiness on the ACS portfolio (Z Workstations, AI‑capable devices, GPU solutions, etc.).

* Host workshops, hands‑on sessions (e.g., AMD/Intel Experience Days, solution deep‑dives), and knowledge‑transfer programs.

* Promote certification completion (e.g., ASC status, AI fundamentals) and ensure partner enablement KPIs are achieved.

* Be the local go‑to specialist for ACS product & solution inquiries.

3. GTM Activation & Demand Generation

* Drive national ACS activation plans in alignment with EMEA & NWE campaigns.

* Support partner events, roadshows, and roundtables (e.g. Supercharged, Elevate).

* Collaborate with Channel Marketing to increase workstation and ACS visibility.

* Ensure partners adopt HP campaigns, web syndication assets, and MDF‑supported marketing actions.

4. Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration

* Work closely with:

o Country Channel Manager & Commercial Leadership

o PBMs (Belux & NL where relevant)

o Category Workstation Leads

o Channel Marketing & Data Insights Teams

* Provide monthly insights on ACS pipeline, partner performance and market trends.

* Join internal business reviews and contribute to Belgium ACS growth strategies.

5. Performance Management & Reporting

* Monitor sell‑in / sell‑out performance and identify risks or acceleration levers.

* Validate forecast quality with PBMs and partner contacts.

* Prepare ACS updates for internal meetings and ensure partners stay aligned with value‑program requirements.

* Use HP tools (Data Insights, IQ, ASC dashboards, COR, Trend reporting) to manage performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Professional Experience:

* 2–6 years experience in Channel Sales, Category, Business Development, or Partner Management.

* Experience with high‑performance computing, workstations, or AI‑related solutions is a strong advantage.

* Demonstrated experience engaging with IT resellers, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong commercial & analytical skills with the ability to read funnel, forecast, and performance reports.

* Ability to influence partners, manage complex conversations, and create long‑term relationships.

* Strong presentation, training and communication skills.

* Execution power: able to run programs end‑to‑end and manage multiple partners in parallel.

* Deep understanding of channel dynamics, value programs, incentives & MDF.

Education

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related.

Languages

* Dutch or French (native level)

* English (fluent)
