What makes your role unique You act as a trusted partner for international clien ts, building strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and added value You lead qualitative research projects from A to Z, from proposal to delivery, ensuring both excellence in insights and a great client experience You bring energy and charism a to client interactions, making complex insights clear, engaging, and inspiring You translat e qualitative findings into sharp, strategic recommendation s that help clients grow their brands You proactively identify opportunitie s with existing clients and contribute to business development through compelling proposals and pitches You stay close to market trends and turn them into relevant, forward-thinking advice Your key responsibilities Co-develop and lead innovative proposals and pitch es, from standard briefs to complex strategic challenges Design and execute qualitative research projec ts (discussion guides, moderation, analysis, storytelling) Deliver impactful presentatio ns that clients remember and act up on Build, nurture, and grow strong client relationships Act as a sparring partn er for clients, understandi ng their business challeng es and guiding them strategically Who are you? You ha ve 5-7 years of experience in qualitative resea rch, brand consultancy, or strategic insights roles. You br i ng proven experience in managing and growing client relationsh ips — clients see you as a trusted advisor. You are charismatic, engaging, a nd naturally connect with people. You are a strong communicator and storyteller, able to inspire and convince. You combine analytical rigor with creativity and commercial mindset. You are structured, autonomous, a nd confident in leading projects and client interactions. You are fluent in Engl i sh. What can you expect from us?
