What you'll bring
* 3+ years building production web applications
* Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to increase speed and quality
* Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
* Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling
* Confidence working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
* Clear communication skills and strong product intuition
Nice to have
* Experience with analytics, tracking, or conversion optimisation
* Hands-on experience with generative AI, embeddings, or vector search
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and modern deployment workflows
Working style
* Four days per week, onsite collaboration with a highly engaged team
