As a research engineer
* You enjoy working with and exploring new technologies

* You stay up to date with technological developments and trends in computer science, and visualization applications
* You implement iteratively and in close collaboration with internal and external partners, first‑of‑a‑kind prototypes and proof of concepts
* You share and interact around your insights with peers
* You are a team player, you collaborate with your peers, internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and demonstrate innovative solutions to challenging problems
We’re Looking For a Colleague Who Has
* A master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field or equivalent through experience
* Strong engineering interpersonal skills: discuss technical ideas effectively with colleagues, through whiteboard, design sessions, presentations or interact directly with our pilot users
* A background in software engineering in modern languages like C/C++, Python, TypeScript, and the matching language ecosystems
* Experience with software engineering tooling and best practices like CI/CD
* Experience with building & deploying AI models (LLMs, computer vision or predictive analytics) to solve real‑world business problems
* Understanding of neural networks, transformers and supervised/unsupervised learning
* Understanding of data pipelines, managing/transforming datasets to ensure high‑quality inputs for model training
