Job Description
As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email, you will provide our guests with excellent service, starting with the booking process. Your duties will also include the following:
* Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
* Maintaining OPERA Cloud, as well as our electronic bookings systems
* Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
* Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
* Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times
* Flexible schedule (weekends & evening shifts)
Qualifications
* Have completed a hospitality apprenticeship and/or have work experience in the hospitality/customer call centre industry or are looking for a career change.
* Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
* A solid command of (written and spoken) English. French and/or Dutch is a plus
* Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
* Previous experience similar roles is highly valued.
