Junior IT Technician

This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and hands-on IT support. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of premium IT support services. To succeed in this position, you need to have excellent communication skills, be flexible, committed and proactive in your approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively pick up, respond and own incidents and tasks in the support queue.
• Correctly track incidents in a timely and accurate fashion, working to specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshoot Lenovo PC hardware and software issues, Windows 10 operating system errors and Microsoft Office 365 Suite including MS Outlook and Teams.
• Support Apple iPad and iPhone issues, InTune MDM knowledge preferable.
• Own IT workplace refresh projects, computer imaging, basic network troubleshooting skills and knowledge, ability to perform accurate network patching, basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization.
• General end-user technology knowledge, end-user workspace platforms, client management, asset management, discovery.
• Microsoft platforms, Active Directory, Office, SCCM, ITSM tool set, ticket management software preferred.
• Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to details, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills.
• Excellent English and Dutch language, written and spoken.
