About the RoleCapyx is looking for a Business & Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of projects in a multilingual and international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear functional specificationsAct as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teamsSupport solution design, testing, and implementation phasesWrite user stories, use cases, and process documentationFacilitate workshops and stakeholder meetingsEnsure alignment between delivered solutions and business expectationsAssist in change management and user training when neededProfile & RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentExperience in Banking and Insurance is a MustExperience with tools like BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, or similarKnowledge of data analysis or SQLCertification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, etc.)Language RequirementsEnglish: Fluent (mandatory)French: Professional levelDutch: Professional level
