For the CIND team, the team in charge of the OT Networks and Infrastructure, we are looking for a System Administrator for VM creation and configuration, backup configuration, Active Directory, … as well as supporting projects and coordinating Patch deployment. This mission combines classic system administration with OT‑specific technologies, cybersecurity tools, and infrastructure reliability tasks.
TASKS
Infrastructure Management
• Deploy, maintain and improve the CIND infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, and critical OT support components.
• Coordinate and follow-up the managed services contracts related to the infrastructure. Core System Administration
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and DNS services within the OT environment, applying secure configuration practices.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including basic performance checks, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting.
• Operate and maintain VMware virtualization environments and Veeam backup systems to ensure availability and resilience of OT systems. System Maintenance & Operational Reliability
• Maintain the asset and configuration content within OT cybersecurity platforms (such as SecureOT).
• Follow up on automated backup creation and perform manual backup activities where needed to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.
• Document standard operating and configuration procedures.

BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
• Understanding of Linux administration
• Experience with AD, DNS, VMware ESXi, Veeam, SQL Server
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and tools EXPERIENCE 5+ Years of work experience with 3+ years in system administration.
