You are in charge of marketing content enablement, to enable the regional Marketing teams as well as to ensure global consistency. And you support and coordinate the competence training program for Marketing, to ensure the team’s continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has content marketing experience as well as project management skills and has a general interest in marketing. You will report to the Global Marketing Excellence Lead (location Waregem) and will be part of the Marketing team.

Your role and responsibilities
Plan, brief and coordinate content assets to support and enable the regional marketing teams. Ensure your content assets are being used. Report on results and improve where necessary:
1. Asset creation & maintenance - content assets for the different markets, products and services. You plan and coordinate content assets and landing pages for all evergreen topics to enable Marketing and to ensure a consistent voice & look and feel. The content assets contain the positioning, messaging & claims and corresponding visual material. You map existing assets and keep track that the assets are always up-to-date. No worries, no need to be a webmaster - the actual landing page creation happens by a specialised team.
2. Delivery of monthly customer newsletter topics. You consolidate all relevant global topics with our stakeholders as input for a monthly newsletter to our customers. You plan and coordinate content creation. This content will be personalised and distributed by the regional marketers.
3. Marketing campaign coordination. You coordinate a selective list of campaigns that are applicable to multiple regions, such as our End of Year campaign. For this you work in close collaboration with the regional marketing teams to ensure regional relevance, tailoring and implementation.
4. You ensure a continuous improvement mindset by tracking performance, analyzing and reporting results, ensuring content quality, conducting retrospectives to capture learnings, and staying informed on industry trends to optimize future projects and drive innovation.
Support the training program of the Marketing teams:
5. In collaboration with the Business Change Expert, you assist in organizing suitable learning formats (such as recordings, best-practice sessions, coaching, or external training)
6. Ensuring all required trainings are in place, while relying on functional leaders and domain experts to create the actual content.
Ensure regular communication & strong stakeholder management: most projects require multiple-department and frequent stakeholder management:
7. Stakeholder engagement. You identify key stakeholders & manage effective relations. You engage with your key stakeholders to be aware of what is coming or changing to keep your asset library up-to-date, relevant, and used.
8. Collaboration. You work closely with multiple departments, depending on the project: Marketing, Ecom, Category Management, Market Management,... .
9. Continuous communication. Through frequent communication on the right platforms you make sure everybody is aware of what is available and the value it can bring.
10. Documentation: maintain project documentation, including process, project briefs, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure all project files are organized and accessible to the teams.
Your profile
11. Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, business or related field
12. 5+ years of expertise in a bigger/ international company.
13. Proven experience in project coordination - marketing and/or other business related projects.
14. Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
15. Comfortable in taking end-to-end ownership on new projects.
16. A “builder”: getting energy from first-time build & delivery.
17. Customer-centric mindset.
18. Excellent planning and organizational skills. An eye for detail.
19. Affinity with global mindset and regional touch.
20. Strong relationship-building abilities with internal teams.
