We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX Conversation & Agentic Designer to join our client that is in the Telecom sector.
Responsibilities:
* Design and optimize conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and multimodal interfaces
* Create and maintain conversation design systems, dialogue patterns, and reusable components
* Develop AI personas, tone-of-voice guidelines, and interaction principles
* Design natural, multi-turn conversations across chat and hybrid channels
* Define
agentic flows
where AI detects intent, collaborates with humans, and proactively resolves issues
* Prototype and test conversational experiences to refine clarity, empathy, and efficiency
* Conduct user research and usability testing for conversational interfaces
* Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to improve intent detection and natural language understanding
* Partner with Business and UX Service Designers to embed conversational touchpoints into end-to-end journey systems
* Design inclusive conversational experiences that work across diverse user groups
* Create and maintain conversation maps, user journeys, and service documentation
* Define success metrics and use analytics and KPIs to continuously improve conversational performance
Experience:
* 3+ years of experience
designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AI-driven experiences
* Hands-on experience with tools such as
Voiceflow, Botpress, Dialogflow
, or similar platforms
* Strong writing, copy, and interaction design skills with sensitivity to tone, context, and emotion
* Solid UX fundamentals and the ability to translate complex technical logic into intuitive user experiences
* Experience working with AI-powered products or assistants, preferably in enterprise environments
* Comfort working with data, KPIs, and feasibility assessments
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Experience coaching or guiding product and design teams
