Talent & Organization Manager - Change Management

We are looking for a Manager to join our Talent & Organization team within the Strategy & Consulting practice. You'll lead and deliver complex change management initiatives across industries, helping organizations successfully navigate transformation and unlock performance.
About the Team
Our Talent & Organization team partners with clients to shape and execute people-centric transformation strategies. We help organizations adapt to disruption and future-proof their workforce through innovative, data-driven approaches. Our key focus areas include:
* Modern Change Management - Enabling business transformations by aligning leadership, people, and culture, supported by cloud, AI, and digital technologies.
* Future Organization - Designing agile, tech-enabled organizational models and inclusive cultures to drive growth.
* Talent & New Skilling - Building digitally fluent workforces using intelligent learning strategies and people analytics.
Your Role
As a Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and responsible for delivering high-impact change programs. You will:
* Lead change management strategy and execution for major transformation initiatives (ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, digital transformations).
* Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across client organizations.
* Shape, sell, and deliver consulting engagements with a strong focus on people and change enablement.
* Define the change roadmap, stakeholder engagement strategy, communication plans, and capability-building approaches.
* Manage cross-functional teams and coach junior consultants to grow their expertise.
* Drive business development, define go-to-market strategies, and contribute to practice growth in the BeLux region.
* Collaborate with CHROs and other senior leaders to shape the people agenda.
* Contribute to thought leadership, events, recruiting, and internal capability development.
Your Background
We're looking for someone with strong consulting experience in organizational change management, particularly in large, complex environments.
You bring:
* 6-8+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a strong focus on Change Management.
* A proven track record of leading change efforts in at least two of the following areas: Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Organizational Design / GBS, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
* Strong project leadership skills and the ability to manage teams of consultants.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
* Willingness to travel when needed.
