We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join our team as Director of Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial strategy and operations of a luxury hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, with experience in complex hospitality operations. They will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
About the Role
* Develop and execute the hotel's financial strategy aligned with business objectives
* Oversight of all financial operations including accounting, controlling, budgeting and more
* Serve as strategic advisor to senior management providing clear actionable insights on finances
* Manage optimize performance across Rooms F&B Wellness Events departments ensuring compliance regulations tax requirements internal controls corporate governance standards
