Sr Key Account Manager Off-trade

About the role:
In this role you will be delivering exceptional results for customers, Diageo and a brilliant execution of sales activation plans. You are responsible for the following but not limited to:
1. Directly accountable for one or more major retailers, negotiating and flawlessly implementing annual agreements, materializing the potential of untapped opportunities and sustainably growing our business
2. Prepare and lead the annual negotiations, implement the annual plans, create short and long-term customer strategies
3. Analyse data and recommend actions, as a result of in-depth measurement and evaluations of past activities
4. Applying best in class Key Account management skills
5. Responsible for key tasks, i.e. forecasting, investment budgeting, preparation of performance updates.
6. Relentlessly searching for new opportunities, optimization of current processes and demonstrate a strong commitment to “grow yourself”
7. Be a key player in the “one team mentality” approach that is needed
8. Play a meaningful role in guiding junior colleagues and sharing your expertise.
About you:
9. >5yrs work experience preferably in FMCG industry or retail market (Detailhandel)
10. Several years of experience in a Key Account Management position within a FMCG company
11. Strong commercial competence, understanding of a P&L, high affinity for numbers, proficiency in Excel, great analytical skills
12. Fluent in Dutch, French & English
