We currently have a vacancy for an Information Management Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
* Provide expert advice on defining policies and strategies for content, records, archives and information management, including capture, selection, retention and digital preservation;
* Identify requirements for content, records, archives and information management systems and draw up functional and/or technical specifications;
* Contribute to the definition and implementation of metadata standards for content and records management, including archival description;
* Coordination with the project teams.
Requirements
* University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 3 years;
* Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems;
* Excellent knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites;
* Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
* Knowledge of SQL and automation tools;
* Familiarity with eProcurement and financial systems used in public administrations;
* Excellent command of the English language.
